Taylor McCaffrey LLP has been at the forefront of delivering innovative services to clients. We offer an effective, innovative and cost efficient approach to all aspects of labour and human resources. Our services include union certifications and decertifications, unfair labour practice applications, collective bargaining, grievance arbitration and mediation, injunctions and strike strategy, wrongful and unjust dismissals, employee discipline, employment standards, employment contracts and policies, human rights and harassment complaints, and all other related matters including alternative dispute resolution and training or seminars for human resources personnel.

We represent clients in the public sector, including two of Manitoba's three universities (Winnipeg and Brandon) and its two largest cities (Winnipeg and Brandon), as well as various other municipalities throughout the province. We act for major employers in the private sector, both federally and provincially regulated, who operate in many diverse industries including manufacturing, agriculture, transportation, retail, health care and information/technology. We also represent numerous Aboriginal organizations and First Nations.

The firm is a member of the State Capital Global Law Firm Group, an international organization of independent firms, which has members worldwide. At semi-annual meetings, current developments in the law in various jurisdictions are discussed. This allows us to keep abreast of reforms and business opportunities in other jurisdictions and we believe that such an association is essential today for the practice of law.
