Personal Background

Mr. Van Dyck represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and various state employment laws. He has significant trial and appellate experience in both state and federal courts, and various state agencies. Additionally, Mr. Van Dyck provides human resources advice for a variety of local, regional and national corporations.
