Constantine Kyriakides is a Senior Partner of KGDI Law Firm, a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1969, of the International Bar Association and of the American Bar Association. He is a graduate of the Law Faculty – University of Athens, holds an LLM on Maritime Law from University College London and has studied International Comparative Law at the Southeastern Legal Foundation in Texas, USA. He has working experience both in England and the USA and is an expert on Labor and Tax Laws. He has been involved in negotiating and preparing various concession agreements, as well as advising Greek and foreign clients in matters pertaining to investments in Greece and abroad on corporate, commercial, private international, natural resources, mining, tax and labor law issues. He has acted as advisor to Greek Ministers in relation to privatization projects and has an extensive experience in dealing with state bodies and institutions, negotiating agreements for public works. He has drafted a number of laws and has prepared the legal and contractual framework for the establishment and operation of the Athens metro system and of the new Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos”.
