Personal Background

Mr. DiLorenzo is Co-Chair of the Firm's Labor and Employment Law Department and Head of the firm's New York City/Long Island offices. His practice extends to all aspects of Labor and Employment Law, including collective bargaining, workplace investigations, NLRB proceedings, labor audits, supervisory training, wage and hour issues, arbitration, jury trials in state and federal courts, wage incentive plans, OFCCP audits and proceedings, and employment litigation before federal and state agencies. Mr. DiLorenzo is a graduate of Syracuse University (B.A., 1973) and the University of Buffalo Law School (J.D., 1976).
