Jeff Walker is a member of the Labor and Employment Group at Butler Snow where he represents management in the areas of fair employment and labor law. His experience includes collective bargaining, labor arbitration, union organizing campaigns, unfair labor practice charges, preventive labor relations, and other matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act. He handles agency proceedings and litigation relating to claims of employment discrimination, wrongful discharge and ERISA, and represents clients before the U.S. Department of Labor in matters involving the Davis-Bacon Act, the Service Contract Act, Wage & Hour and other proceedings. Jeff also handles matters relating to OSHA and affirmative action. He has tried cases and made appellate arguments before federal and state administrative agencies and courts throughout the United States, including oral argument before the United States Supreme Court.

Jeff has been recognized in the Labor and Employment Law section of The Best Lawyers in America. He has also been elected a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Jeff is a regular speaker at labor and employment seminars for a variety of groups, including universities and industry groups. He has been invited to speak at Southern Methodist University's Annual Multi-State Labor and Employment Seminar, the University of Mississippi's Annual Labor and Employment Seminar, and participates in the Butler Snow Labor and Employment Seminars. Additionally, Jeff has made presentations at seminars sponsored by the Mississippi Bankers Association and the Mississippi Manufacturers Association.  He currently is a member of the Employment Law Alliance Board of Directors.
