This article (see attachment below) provides a brief review of key labor and employment issues in the U.S., in particular, federal and state laws that protect employees on a range of discrimination and termination issues. It also includes a description of the Employment Law Alliance, how its members are selected and how they work together to provide seamless service to multi-national clients in a cost-effective manner.
