In 2003, as part of its strategy to offer services in the wider Caribbean and more particularly the OECS, MHS formalized its professional relationship with Gonsalves & Perkins (GP) resulting in an associate firm in St. Kitts - Gonsalves, Perkins & Hamel-Smith (GPH).
GP was established in 1994 by Anthony Gonsalves who is the President of the St. Kitts and Nevis Bar Association. The firm is licenced to carry on the practice of law within the jurisdictions of the OECS. GP specializes in commercial, banking and corporate law, condominium and property law, land conveyancing, civil litigation and constitutional law.
