Personal Background
Michael Porter advises and represents both private- and public-sector employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including collective bargaining, grievances and arbitration, wage and hour matters, employment contracts, personnel policy issues, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, leaves of absence, and disability accommodation.
Mr. Porter earned his bachelor's degree in Education at Kansas State University. He earned his law degree at the University of Kansas, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and participated on the National Moot Court competition team.
