Donna Rutter is a partner with the law firm of Curiale Dellaverson Hirschfeld & Kraemer, LLP, in the San Francisco, California and Reno, Nevada offices. Ms. Rutter practices in the area of wrongful discharge and discrimination litigation before federal and state courts and agencies, exclusively representing employers in all aspects of employment law matters.

Ms. Rutter has extensive trial experience including successfully representing employers in two notable race discrimination jury trials. She frequently presents in-house management training and counsels employers on labor and employment matters. Ms. Rutter also has expertise in helping companies prevent and respond to threats of workplace violence. Ms. Rutter is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco (Sections on Litigation and Labor and Employment Law), the American Bar Association, Queen's Bench and the McFetridge Inn of Court. She is admitted to all the courts in the State of California and in the State of Nevada. Ms. Rutter received her B.A. degree in 1981 from Michigan State University and her J.D. in 1989 from the University of San Diego, where she was a member of the Appellate Moot Court National Team.
