Personal Background

Angelo Zambelli, who is the Italian representative of the Employment Law Alliance, is a founding partner of LABLAW - Studio Legale Failla Rotondi & Zambelli, based in Milan.  Angelo has always focused his practice on labour and employment law, industrial relations, agency and litigation. He advises numerous industrial and financial entities on the legal aspects of human resources management and employment relationships. Angelo has also advised many businesses  on the planning and effective implementation of reorganizations and reductions in the labor force in the following sectors:

Angelo is regularly featured in national newspapers for his articles and commentary in relation to Italian Labour Law.  He is also the author of several books on employment and trade union law.  His recent works include:
