Personal Background
Ms. Snyder's employment law practice extends to all matters arising from the employment relationship, including policies and procedures, discipline and termination, compliance with sexual harassment and medical leave laws, wage and hour requirements, employment agreements, and employee rights. She has represented clients in employment litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before the Idaho Human Rights Commission. She also has extensive experience drafting agreements and negotiating matters relating to employee non-competition covenants.
Ms. Snyder joined Holland & Hart's Boise office in 2001. She earned her Juris Doctorate from University of Michigan Law School.
