Jumoke is a partner with Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie where she heads the firm’s telecommunications department. In addition to this, she is primarily responsible for the firm’s immigration practice. She has extensive experience in advising on the various permits and licences required by foreign investors in order to participate in the Nigerian market. Jumoke also assists the firm’s clients in connection with applications for business permits, expatriate quotas, Nigerian visas, residence permits and alien cards. Her experience over the years uniquely sets her apart in her ability think innovatively and to provide advice which reflects the practical aspects of Nigerian immigration law. A twenty-year veteran of Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie, Jumoke is recognised by Who’s Who Legal 2009 as one of Nigeria’s foremost mergers and acquisition practitioners, receiving praise for her transactional and general corporate expertise across a range of sectors.
