Carl regularly attends mediations on behalf of employers, and has appeared as lead counsel in a variety of litigation before the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court and Court of Appeal.
Having previously worked within the Accident Compensation Corporation and the Human Rights Commission, Carl has a great deal of expertise in Accident Compensation Corporation issues affecting employers, and compliance issues with legislation such as the Human Rights Act and the Privacy Act.
