Mr. Robinson's experience includes employment discrimination, wrongful termination, defamation, and compensatory damage claims for emotional distress. He also conducts training for compliance with a broad range of labor relations laws. He represents clients in the federal and state courts of Arkansas concerning labor relations matters and also represents clients before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, U. S. Labor Department and other governmental entities. Mr. Robinson is a member of the Labor Section of the Arkansas and American Bar Associations, the International Association of Defense Counsel and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce.
