As head of Plesner's Employment and Labour Law Division, Tina Reissmann assists in all matters relating to employment and labour law, including individual employment agreements and service contracts, termination of employment, redundancy agreements, agreements on stocks options and warrants, personal data protection, transfer of businesses, large-scale dismissals, non-competition clauses, pregnancy, maternity and paternal leaves; collective bargaining agreements; and legal proceedings before all judicial bodies.
