Modrall's employment law attorneys believe effective representation requires a clear understanding of a client's business and objectives as well as knowledge of substantive laws. We advise public and private employers on internal investigations, reductions in force, drug testing, wage and hour compliance, non-compete covenants, and personnel policies. We represent clients in all types of state and federal employment litigation. Our employment lawyers work with our other attorneys to provide clients with the firm's full resources, such as firm Indian law practitioners who are able to advise clients on compliance with federal and tribal employment laws while doing business on or near Indian lands.
