Emanuel Eben is a Barrister-at-Law and Senior Partner at Ebon and Eben law firm. He manages the day-to-day business of the firm and prosecutes and defends clients before the Criminal, Civil, Labour, and Commercial Courts. He is responsible on behalf of his firm to issue legal opinions on Corporate, Investment, Labor, Construction, Telecommunications, Criminal, Immigration, and Nationality Laws. He also has experience in the areas of takeovers and mergers and regularly assists clients in the registration of logos and trademarks in the African Organization of Intellectual Property and also works with associations and non-government organizations. Since 1999, Mr. Eben has served as President of the Association of Trusts and Equity, a human rights association whose goals consist of protecting, promoting, educating, and advocating for the rights of needy and impoverished Cameroonians and women, among other issues.
