Gary R. Wolberg is a Partner in the Litigation Department. He joined the firm in 2009 after practicing with Fleck, Mather & Strutz, Ltd., in Bismarck, North Dakota, since 1976. His practice focuses on civil litigation with emphasis on insurance defense (personal injury and property damage), employment law, natural resources, tribal law, debtor-creditor law, mechanic's liens, and environmental law. He also practices in the area of workers' compensation. He has served as a mediator in civil cases and has been involved in numerous appeals to the North Dakota Supreme Court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Wolberg is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the North Dakota Defense Lawyers Association, the North Dakota Landmen's Association, and the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation. He also is a member of the North Dakota State Bar Association (Real Property and Probate Section), the Iowa State Bar Association (Environmental and Natural Resources Section), and the American Bar Association (Tort and Insurance Practice Section and Natural Resources Section). He has presented seminars on environmental law, water law, and real estate law.
