Claudia Bernhard has worked as an associate at CHSH, Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati since 2009. Her areas of expertise are labour and employment, as well as data protection law. Together with the employment team of CHSH, she advises several national and international companies including the full rage of legal services. At her law firm, Claudia Bernhard is furthermore responsible for the assistance of clients employing international employees (achievement of work permits and residence authorization, supervising the immigration process, etc.) Ms. Bernhard studied law in Linz and will complete her studies of business administration at the beginning of 2011.
