Sinforoso M. "Rossi" Tolentino is the Administrative Partner of the Guam office of Carlsmith Ball LLP. Rossi advises clients with regard to employer-sponsored immigration, including: employment-based nonimmigrant visas for intracompany transferees, specialty occupations/professions, and treaty investors; employment-based immigrant visas under the first-preference category; and visa issues resulting from the federalization of immigration in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. In addition to his immigration practice, Rossi has a transactional practice and advises clients regularly on business matters of all types, real estate purchases, leases and financing, and regulatory licensing. Mr. Tolentino is a 1989 graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and has been practicing with the firm since that time.
