Personal Background

Arsima Muller is an associate in Carl Smith's Honolulu office and is a member of the Business, Corporate, and Finance practice group.  She concentrates her practice on business formations, labor and employment, real estate and corporate and finance projects, and environmental law.  After graduating from law school, Arsima worked for the Washington, D.C., firm of Homer Law, Chtd., where she dealt with federal law issues relating to Native American and Alaska Native tribal governments, enterprises, and organizations.  She then served as a law clerk for Honorable Carl B. Ingram, Chief Justice of the High Court of the Marshall Islands.  Upon completion of her clerkship, Arsima was made Staff Attorney for the High Court of the Marshall Islands.  She has experience in performing due diligence on complex real estate purchases; performing environmental due diligence relating to the sale of existing businesses; assisting clients in drafting an environmental assessment amd impact statement; and representing employers against a wrongful termination claims.
