Eugenie Nunes is a partner in the law firm, Boekel De Nerée, Amsterdam, Netherlands, where she manages the Cross-Border Employment Department. She specialises in employment law and participation law, concentrating on individual and collective dismissal, reorganisations, and cross-border employment. An important component of Ms. Nunes' practice is advising on the employee aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
