Norma Elena Morales Barquero joined Arias & Muñoz firm in 2005. She worked as paralegal in the Intellectual Property Department. Since 2007 she works in the Corporate Area. She provides counseling to national and international clients in immigrtion matters, corporate affairs, real estate and guaranty structuring. She has participated in legal due diligences, which includes the preparation and revision of documents in physical and virtual data rooms, and the structuring of “checklists”. She has also advised foreign clients in the establishment and legalization of resident status in Nicaragua.
