Jessica Handal Segebre is senior associate at Arias & Muñoz. Her main area of practice is labor and employment law. She also does work on corporate, commercial, banking and contracting law. Her experience in labor and employment law includes the negotiation and drafting of employment contracts, internal work regulations, internal policies, and employee handbooks. Her expertise also includes providing advice to international, regional, and local clients from many sectors on the termination of contracts, employment rights and benefits, the employment aspects of mergers and takeovers, hiring, compensations, and layoffs.
