Adriane J. Dudley, a practicing attorney for more than twenty years, and in private practice in the Virgin Islands since 1978, established the firm in November 1985. Six years later, Bennett Chan became a partner of the firm, and, in 2000, Edward B. Reynolds, Jr., was named a partner. The firm is comprised of three partners, several attorneys, paralegals and other related support staff. The firm concentrates in civil litigation, commercial and administrative law, labor and employment law, real estate, banking, business management matters, arbitration and mediation. Attorneys in the Litigation Department handle a wide range of corporate defense issues, including commercial, employment, insurance and personal injury, product liability and medical malpractice.
