Personal Background

Mr. Glassman has significant experience in representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law matters. His practice involves employment litigation in both state and federal courts concerning discrimination, wrongful discharge and related employment matters. He also represents employers before all state and federal agencies which deal with employment and labor matters. Mr. Glassman also has extensive experience with respect to collective bargaining negotiations, NLRB elections, strikes, arbitrations, OSHA matters, wage and hour issues and providing general advice and counsel on all aspects of personnel and employment matters. Mr. Glassman is a frequent lecturer on many topics relating to his practice.
