Tamara Hjelle Olsen practices in the areas of Employment Law and Higher Education Law. She advises clients in personnel-related matters, including discrimination and sexual harassment issues, Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility issues, the Family and Medical Leave Act, wage-hour concerns, drug testing, employment and independent contractor agreements, non-compete clauses, affirmative action, employee handbooks, and defamation.
