Mr. Harty represents employers in a wide variety of matters and has successfully defended sexual harassment, race, age, religion and disability discrimination claims, wrongful discharge cases, and union-related matters. He earned a B.B.A. with honors in Industrial Relations from the University of Iowa School of Business and graduated Order of the Coif from Drake University Law School.
