Cost-Effective Service
With the resources of the entire Employment Law Alliance only a phone call or an e-mail away, clients benefit from the research efforts of hundreds of law firms, a global library of legal and other documents, and the comfort in knowing that the entire network of ELA lawyers is available around the clock to address their legal needs.
No Single Firm Can Do As Much
No single national or international law firm comes close to matching the comprehensive coverage that the ELA offers; even the biggest firm is dwarfed by our collective size and scope. While other law firms boast of a “presence” in various localities, none have the breadth of expertise and first-hand knowledge to respond effectively to your specific labor and employment law needs and none have a network of local, well-established labor and employment lawyers linked on a global basis who live and work in every corner of the world where you do business. The Employment Law Alliance provides all that – and more.
No Fees or Commissions
ELA exists for the sole purpose of ensuring that employers who need the advice and counsel of a labor and employment lawyer can get it quickly and efficiently. ELA members do not receive any remuneration, commission, or compensation for referring a client to another ELA member. Our mission is not to generate fees, but to respond to employers’ legal needs with speed, understanding, and efficacy.
Browse Our Free Legal Resources
What are the latest court decisions? What are the newest regulations? What trends are on the horizon? The ELA wbsite is set up to keep employers informed and up-to-date on these and myriad other legal issues affecting their businesses. In addition to having lawyers available to you 24 hours a day, the ELA website offers resources that are updated around the clock. Check out our Employment News and Article Library; read and download our extensive array of resources and legal updates to share with your employees; find links to research and commentary; browse our Global Employer Handbook, which provides detailed information on all of the critical labor and employment laws and human resource legal issues for each jurisdiction; join discussions on issues that matter to you; and share your experiences with other employment professionals. The flow of information, of course, is never one-way. Through ELA’s regular national and international polls of management and human resources professionals, we bring to the forefront employment and labor issues that affect you most.
Put our power to work for you.
