Personal Background

Nicholas Ktenas graduated with an LL.B from Sheffield University in 1997 and obtained an LL.M in European Law from Nottingham University in 1999. He has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 1999. His specializes in employment law and has participated as a national expert on Cyprus law in a tender of the European Commission on the implementation of Labour Law Directives in the enlarged European Union. He has been advising a number of local and multinational corporations on Cyprus employment law matters and has written a number of articles as well as the employment law Chapter of “Introduction to Cyprus Law”, by Andreas Neocleous & Co, to be published by Yorkhill Law Publishing in 2008. He was an instructor in Business and Company Law (Business Law 101 and ACCA) at the Cyprus College from 2001 to 2003. Before joining Andreas Neocleous & Co as an associate in 2001 he was an internal legal advisor at the Louis Cruise Lines group of companies in Cyprus. He has been a partner in Andreas Neoceous & Co since 1 January 2007.
