Mr. Jones is a partner in the Dallas office of Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP. He represents employers on all types of employment related issues, investigations and litigation, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, OFCCP, wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, employment contracts and tort claims. He has extensive experience in the management/labor relations area, including union organizational attempts, bargaining issues and NLRB hearings.
