Mr. Cave represents employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, disability and leave cases, wage and hour disputes, defamation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract and other employment-related claims. He also advises on issues related to employee handbooks and personnel policies, disability and leave, compliance with federal and state statutes and regulations, and employee discipline and termination.
