Personal Background
Mr. Court is a member of the American Bar Association's Equal Employment Opportunity Committee, Section on Labor and Employment Law; their Employment and Labor Relations Law Committee, Litigation Section; and is the Oklahoma representative to the ABA Regional Liaison Committee with the EEOC. He is the only attorney in Oklahoma who is a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and was selected to serve as a member of their Labor Relations Committee, 1997-1998. In 1999, he was appointed chairman of the Fair Labor Standards Act Subcommittee, Labor Relations Committee, U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Court is listed in Who's Who in America, Who's Who in American Law, Guide to Leading U.S. Labor and Employment Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America (Labor and Employment Law).
